Vidhya Mandir Indore Classes. By enrolling in our courses, you agree
to this policy.
Fee Payment
All fees must be paid in advance as per the selected course or plan at the time of
admission.
Non-Refundable Fees
Once admission is confirmed, fees are non-refundable.
No refund will be provided after commencement of classes.
No refund for absence, discontinuation, or dissatisfaction.
Important: Fees once paid are non-transferable and non-adjustable
against any other course or batch.
Duplicate / Failed Transactions
In case of duplicate payment or failed transaction where the amount is deducted,
the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
Refunds will be credited via the original mode of payment.
Policy Changes
Vidhya Mandir Indore Classes reserves the right to update or modify this Refund
Policy at any time without prior notice.
